These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of digital courses, educational products, and related content ("Products") offered by CyrusHQ ("CyrusHQ," "we," "us," or "our") through cyrushq.ai and associated sales pages and funnels. By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Products.
CyrusHQ sells digital courses, frameworks, templates, guides, and related educational content. All Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your access link or download instructions. No physical products are shipped.
Access to member portals and course content is granted via a secure magic link tied to your purchase email. You are responsible for keeping your access link secure and not sharing it with others.
CyrusHQ offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at hello@cyrushq.ai.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honored. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we have reason to believe the policy is being abused (e.g., requesting a refund after downloading or consuming all course materials).

All CyrusHQ course content, frameworks, templates, materials, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by CyrusHQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own business or personal education purposes only.
This license does not permit you to distribute, publicly display, resell, or sublicense any CyrusHQ content. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyrusHQ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of any Product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute within 30 days of written notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of or access to any CyrusHQ Product after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyrusHQ regarding the Products and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
